Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from receipt to return your item. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Careful packaging

The package is in a protective envelope and in a box bearing Miette's insignia. The earrings are delicately placed in tissue paper.
